After sign-in, if manual upgrades are available, start a request and pay by EFT using the generated reference. Selecting “I've paid” does not activate Pro: WorkCrate activates one month of access only after the payment is manually verified. There is no recurring billing, and no card details are collected.
Sign in to manage customers, jobs and quotes. Active jobs exclude completed and cancelled jobs; open quotes are Draft or Sent. At a Free limit, existing records remain available. When Pro expires, Free limits apply again: existing costing stays readable, but costing changes and new job-card PDFs require Pro.
